2023 fall launch assets

overview

With four new products joining iRobot’s portfolio of robots, I had the great opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams within the Global Marketing department to help support the launch. Utilizing agency photography as a starting point, myself and the Creative Services team delivered over 600 assets for digital and print use.

One goal of this launch was to apply our visual brand consistently on Amazon for higher sales. I created visuals for all three product Amazon pages to showcase product capabilities. Positive feedback led to the designs’ use on older product pages to unify the brand direction on all pages.

Testing results showed GIFs and animations appealed more to customers over static images, and actually brought in a significant amount of revenue. We decided to find areas to include more movement on the website by creating GIFs of the products.

redesign

Sell sheets are used to inform retailers about products, so each SKU requires its own sheet. For these fall launches, we took it upon ourselves to redesign the layouts by making it simpler. Originally the sheets were created in Illustrator, so we also decided to recreate these in InDesign to reduce the size of the final files, and to make it easier for translation agencies to edit the files for all of the regions.

To represent the robots’ features, icons are displayed on the iRobot.com product display page. With new features being introduced, I was able to help concept, design, and add to the iRobot icon library.
